What's your timeline?

Currently we are looking at anywhere between 12-18 months out, so if you are looking to build in the immediate future you might consider finding a builder who is able to get the ball rolling for you sooner. :)

Where are you looking to build?

We are currently attempting to limit our work to Pennington and Custer Counties. If you are looking at building in Lawrence County (Sturgis, Spearfish, Deadwood) there are other great builders who would be better suited locationally.
